It has yet again been a while since I updated. Over a year, I recently moved to West Virginia and had a baby. I am looking to continue to lose weight, I do not have access to a gym here so I plan on walking and using workout DVDs on rainy/snowy days :)

My Goals:
Workout 5 days a week. Track my food intake even on a bad day :) And most importantly be happy with what I see in the mirror.
My Program:
Walking 3 miles a day and using Wii Fit for at least 20 mins a day
