Hello everyone,

Tomorrow Muffin Top-Less is starting a 90 day challenge. The way I am doing it is by using the cinch products by Shaklee where I will replace 2 meals a day with their products and have a sensible regular meal. I will also burn calories every day with zumba and strength training.

I want to invite all of you to create a 90 days challenge for yourself, anything that works for you.

Just work at it everyday and blog or post something about it.

*hugs* I know how difficult it can be sometimes to eat healthy and exercise...and how much tougher it is when you feel like dirt.....but you CAN do this, and you WILL succeed!!! Take life one day, one choice at a time...you can do this!!!
