My Goals:
I want to look great in a pair of rockies. I want to lose 50 pounds by end of the year and keep it off. I want to be healthy!!
My Program:
I am following the Spark Plan by logging everything. I am also following Dr. Oz's "You on a diet" for the eating portion. My excerise routine is working out 5 days a aweek before work and one day a week for a long run!
Personal Information:
I am from Flagstaff Az but live in Mesa az. I work in law enforcement as a police 911 dispatcher. I am single with no kids. I have a yellow lab and a mutt kitty!
Other Information:
I love to hike, run, reading books, puzzles. Long walks, camping, boating, riding horses, basically being outside!!
