Play out instead of work out

I am the typical yo yo er. I gain weight until I reach a certain amount, go on a crash program and lose about 40 pounds and then gain it back. No more. I am looking for a way to lose weight and change my bad habits that get me back up there.

Welcome to Spark People I guess my advice would be to just be easy on yourself when it comes to negative self talk . When the scale isn't moving be glad its not moving upwards ! I know I lost 32 pounds and gained 15 back ! I wish I never felt bad when I wasn't losing I never will again ! I understand the crazy job situation and stress what I like to do and this may sound crazy is , I like to pretend there's a part of me that knows all the answers and lives a perfect life like maybe a parallel universe lol . I try to imagine what that perfectly happy me would give me for advice ! Be your own best friend ! But if you need more theres so many great people here willing to help including me !
