Hi- I have been voyeuristically on and off of spark for over a year but I really want to dedicate myself to getting healthier and happier... and frankly to stop obsessing over my body or food all the time!

My Goals:
I have been a vegetarian for over nine years and was a vegan for a year-- I consider myself more of a contextual vegan at this point but want to rededicate myself to the health of my body, the planet and other living things. Oh... and lose the 10 lbs I've gained in the last year plus another 15 for good measure!

My Program:
I started taking yoga a month ago and and plan to practice at least three days a week. I really want to start jogging, but have a mental block in that I think it is boring and sucky... so I'm starting off slow and just trying to walk/jog one day a week.
