Fitness Minutes: 100

My Goals:
To learn better eating habbits,To lose the weight I need too so I can get/move around easier so I can live a longer healthier lifestyle.


My Program:
I have learned to watch my calorie intake,I drink more water,exercising a little more,and not giving up on my weight loss.



Personal Information:
Well here I go,Hello my name is Kristen and I am from Missouri,I am 34 and single and never been married Yes I said never married I guess I just haven't found Mr.Right and I don't have any children but I have my neice's and nephew's and my friend's kid's to spoil rotten.Anyway about 3 1/2 years ago I got injured on the job,my knee dislocated and when my knee dilocated my thigh went foward and my shin went backwards and it tore the popiteal artery in behind my knee in two,I was flown to a hospital that was two hours away from where I lived which was a 45 min.flight and I have had 7 surgeries on my leg they thought I was going to lose my leg but I didn't,I went therapy ,but proud to say I have I still have my leg even though I can't do much like sports,running,standing long periods of time,walk fast,etc..I also have a great family because they helped me in so many ways and I wouldn't trade them for anyone or anything and I do live a very happy life..If you have any questions just ask


Other Information:
My likes: Comedy movies, going to the casino every once in a while,riding four wheelers,meeting new people,making new friends,helping and talking to the eldery,riding fourwheelers,etc..basicly I'm not a picky person.
My Dislikes are: people that lie,cheat,steal,or mooch from me,well I guess thats it for now.
