    I was doing great my first 2 months and then 3 more months later I am right back where I started. I dont know why I can't just stay on track. I know I will be happier with myself and feel better if I do, but I just can't do it for some reason. Oh well, I am going to try again and see what happens. emoticon

    Hay Girl! finally found you too! hay how are you doing? I've been swimming almost every night after work... Love it.. I have been helping Evan clean the gym one day a week for membership. gonna start "maybe trying to do 10 min. on the bike in the morning" we'll see

    Hi there, thanks for visiting me and leaving me the kind words of encouragement the other night ... I needed them. The workout I reference is Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred and it is a DVD -- although I hear it's also available as a download at Exercise.tv. It's tough, no doubt, but my challenge is to try to do the workout as intended (every day, though i take one day off a week to rest the muscles).
