I was doing great my first 2 months and then 3 more months later I am right back where I started. I dont know why I can't just stay on track. I know I will be happier with myself and feel better if I do, but I just can't do it for some reason. Oh well, I am going to try again and see what happens. 2128 days ago

Hi there, thanks for visiting me and leaving me the kind words of encouragement the other night ... I needed them. The workout I reference is Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred and it is a DVD -- although I hear it's also available as a download at Exercise.tv. It's tough, no doubt, but my challenge is to try to do the workout as intended (every day, though i take one day off a week to rest the muscles).
