Back on the Wagon

Our family is complete. We recently welcomed our second baby boy to the family and now it's time to get back on the weight loss wagon.

Stepping down 10% of current weight.
Final Goal 150lbs - 15lbs = 135lbs
167lbs - 16.7lbs = 150.3lbs

Bursts of exercise

~10 Lunges down the Hallway
~15 Swats waiting for the Bus
~1/2 Mile Extra Walking 1st Bus stop-Work
~Stairs at work - Up to floor 10 then back down to 6
~Cardio on Fit TV (Core or Dance) 1-3 times a week
~Running with Jogger Stroller 1-3 miles 1-2 times a week

Personal Information:
I'm 23 a UW grad in Anthro with a minor in Dance. I went from Dancing 5-7 hours a day to just about nothing when I got pregnant with my first son and gained 74lbs. Delivering at 219.

Before welcoming our second baby I was at 160lbs and gained 47lbs Delivering at 207lbs.

Now it's time to make sure I'm around and able to enjoy them.

Hey Lyndsey! Sorry I've been gone so long!! We did move out to Granite Falls and there is a serious lack of internet options out at our place. We did the dial up thing, but it's just too slow for my husband to be able to do his online classes, homework took him forever! And I just stopped using the internet entirely....but we finally sucked it up and paid the $250 freakin dollars to get satellite internet installed. Much better....still not like Comcast, but totally worth it.

I had the baby on March 26th, her name is Delilah Grace she was 7lbs, 6 oz and 20 1/2 inches long. This is the first time I've gotten on here in forever, not sure if I'll be sticking to the program just yet. First goal is to get back to working out. We got a YMCA membership so that I could put the kids in the childcare center while I work out and so Lydia could take swimming lessons. So far she's loved the swimming, but we've only tried the daycare once and she freaked out! So we're going to keep trying and hopefully she'll adjust to it so momma can start getting back in shape!

How about you? Looks like you've been losing a lot! Good job! Did you guys decide to start trying for another baby yet? Hope all is well :)
