Getting back on track

Hey,
About me.... I am 33 years old and live in Ottawa, Canada. This is my second time around with Spark. I lost a friend of mine a few months ago, and just getting back to "normal" now. My goal is to lose another 25-30 lbs and tone!!

1. Run 10km (again).
2. Tone my body.
