My goal is to lose another 10 lbs and lose body fat%~ It seems like the scale keeps waivering, which is so unmotivating so I decided to look at body fat% instead! I also want to increase my endurance in my run so I can run a half marathon in March without passing out in the middle of it.

It does take more than just the first step, it takes our "being present" and that motivation is just not there, but I have no doubt it will come.
