Hi KegDragon! Your girlfriend left a note on my page telling me that you love Ultimate Frisbee.. and I can see that you do. I just started a group for frisbee lovers since I couldn't find one on Spark. I would love it if you joined! I am the only member right now :(.

If you are interested, look it up under: Fitness and Excercise--Participant Sports--Other Sports--Ultimate Frisbee Lovers United. I am hoping to get some discussion going on where/when to find good pick up, tournaments, golf courses, leagues, etc. My fiance (who is the one who got me into it) and I travel fairly frequently and we are always looking up Ultimate wherever we go.

HI Craig, I started a thread called Getting Huge and there are some advice in there for muscle gaining. Visit Pauline's page as she lists things by Dedene (fillefrancais) for muscle gaining. Visit CEKING as he did body building competition or email to see what he might suggest. Offhand, it sounds like you do cardio(ultimate) at least once a week. YOu should be able to gain muscle but on days you are lifting don't do as much cardio as you need to be in anabolic state not catabolic. Catabolic-fat burning and muscle eating. Anabolic=fat storing and muscle preserving or building. Read the threads and see if anything helps and if not I can troubleshoot with you a bit. Meantime,welcome to the team and anytime you some wisdom to share, jump right in and let us hear it. Look forward to seeing you on the team :)

Love your dog! I have a Golden Retriever who is our "son". They do grow on you!!

Well, I meant to welcome you to Getting Buffed! We do have some guys on the team and it's great to have another! We'd love to see your darling, Karin, come and visit us too.

There are a lot of supportive and knowledgeable people in the group. Not only from a nutritional standpoint but also from a fitness one.
