HI Craig, I started a thread called Getting Huge and there are some advice in there for muscle gaining. Visit Pauline's page as she lists things by Dedene (fillefrancais) for muscle gaining. Visit CEKING as he did body building competition or email to see what he might suggest. Offhand, it sounds like you do cardio(ultimate) at least once a week. YOu should be able to gain muscle but on days you are lifting don't do as much cardio as you need to be in anabolic state not catabolic. Catabolic-fat burning and muscle eating. Anabolic=fat storing and muscle preserving or building. Read the threads and see if anything helps and if not I can troubleshoot with you a bit.
