My Goals:
Trying to be healthier, and set a good example for my kinder. Mostly adding more fresh produce and grains to our meals, cutting back the fat, and being overall a healthier person oinside and out. Try to find joy in every day, whether it is listening to the sudden, astounding beauty of a lark singing, or watching my daughters laugh.

My Program:
I try and do basic pilates core and strength training with dumbbells and a pilates ball every other day. I go to the gym for cardio, a combination of treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike or walk 3+ miles outside 6 days a week. On nice weekends l take Molly for walks in her wheelchair.

Personal Information:
Living in Utah-land of carbs. Mother of two, one a beautiful teenager who is smart, kind, a dancer and all around great kid, and one little one who is full of sass and joy, and who even though she is severely disabled, she teaches me something everyday.

Other Information:
Chocolate lover, voracious reader, especially Mary Oliver's poetry and most historical mysteries. I also love gardening, animals and old noir movies. I've written several novels (none published yet) and actually won a state wide novel writing contest, as well as several poetry competitions.

Thanks for sharing the recipe! i don't have a bread machne, but i'm eager to try it. i've never really tried homemade bread before (just naan or muffins).

i see you belong to a few writers' groups, and yet you say you have nothing to say? i'm willing to wager that you have more to say than you give yourself credit for!
