ok so again we start over
Once again I am starting over. I fell off the wagon but still managed to keep off 15 of the pounds I lost. I am not upset with myself nor am I going to make outrageous goals that I will once again Fail. I am simply going to take this one day at a time and when I fall off I will get back up brush myself off and start again. I refuse to give up. I am tired of my clothes not fitting and having to pay more those I do have to buy. I will not do it any more.
