1. Lose the excess that is putting me in the obese/overweight category 2. Create a more active lifestyle for myself and my kids 3. Learn to appreciate who I am and how strong I am, no matter what the world may think.
Cardio workouts 4-5 days a week with 3 strength training session a week.
One rest day (and kind of cheat day - food wise) so i don't feel like i am overdoing it.
