Finishing What I Started
I began my weight loss journey in earnest towards the beginning of 2009. I dropped 65 pounds that year, and then lost my focus. I've regained 55 (!) of those pounds, and am slowly beginning to realize that this journey will never truly be finished, at least it won't be until I die. I did all the right things, got somewhere, and slacked. This can't be just another diet; this needs to be an entire lifestyle-makeover, and it needs to be something that I can live with forever. It needs to be more than just about a number on the scale; it needs to be about embracing life and getting to a point where I am capable of living it to its fullest potential. Bring it on, baby; I'm ready!

My Goals:
-Drink at least 64 oz. of water daily. -Get at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily. -Keep the grades up!!! -Be NICE to myself!
My Program:
Water, water, water! Cooking meals at home as opposed to eating out, and measuring those portions! Movement, and forgiveness for the slips. Also, I plan to allow myself a "cheat" meal once per week, just for the sake of my sanity.
Personal Information:
I recently moved to Pocatello, ID, from Idaho Falls, but was born in Michigan, and the majority of my family is still there. I miss it, and them, a lot. I would love to make it back there someday. I am a full-time college student, and therefore broke as a joke. However, for life in general, school and weight loss in particular, I tell myself that "You do what you gotta do to get where you're going."
Other Information:
Um...I'm really rather boring...
