"Slow and steady wins the diet race"

I first joined sparkpeople December 2007 and lost 16 lbs and got to 129 lbs!!!! I had not been in my 120's in a long time. I felt great. I ate right and exercised about 4 times a week. Yes, there were times I cheated and binged and could not find the energy to exercise...but I got right back on. Never give up....you can do this!!!

Then I had my beautiful baby boy and put back on the weight plus some. But I am ready to get back into shape.

My goal is to get my pre-pregnancy body back (or even better) and feel sexy but most importantly feel healthy.

Excerise:
- Excercise 3 times a week.

Nutrition:
- Stay within my calorie range
- Three meals and two snacks per day
- At least 4 fruits and vegetable a day
- Drink more water!!
- Try new healthier recipes

-Spend more QUALITY my boy and give him lots of kisses.

ahh thats what happened to my sis. so we trying cio and its sooo hard (cry it out). she hasnt been too bad at night but naps are horrible. i am trying her at one right now, she hasnt napped all day. i hate to hear her cry but she will not fall asleep unless i rock her and i wont always be around plus she is almost 6months old :(
dh and i started P90x and it is kicking our butt!!! def helping my belly though!

i understand! bf is not easy! i had the support from my mil and sister so i can see why that would be hard (no support). i have no friends that stuck with bf so it was hard to talk to anyone. the first few weeks are very difficult. dont feel guilty.
why did you end up having a section? i was 2 weeks late and was afraid i would have to have one. i had 3 hours of pushing though, ahh. my sister had sections with both of her kids. my belly will never look the same lol the joys of becoming a mom ha

thats great!! she used to do that, sleep from 8-3ish then wake again around 7, not anymore! ha that all stopped around 12 weeks, then she got up 2x which is still good, but now....ugh sometimes its 4-5x! 2x is a good night :)
did you decide to nurse? i know you were up in the air. i wasnt going to, i was just going to pump, but then i liked the bonding time surprisingly. i plan to pump after 6months and then prob stop at 8 months.
i live in ny so feel the variable weather, lol. it took me forever to get it going and now its a regime. i have a dog so that helps. just wish i could get my belly tight again. it looks like a cross between freddy crugars face and pizza dough, lol

i am doing good! there is no sleeping in my house though ha, how does logan sleep? lili does not sleep at all lately, she is teething bad. its so frustrating sometimes, especially since i am EBF so i dont get a break nor will she let me ha
i havent been back to the gym much but have been trying to walk 3miles 5x a week around the neighborhood. i had gained 60lbs (ek) and have 7lbs left. but my belly is really loose from getting so big.
