New Year, New Pep

So I've got the part down about doing one thing right a week. Now I need to get down to the hard work...I need to exercise. I want to move more. I want to play with my children. I want to dance. I want to have that feel good feeling I get when I exercise....more energy, better posture, clarity of mind, joy. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me and who will continue to perfect the good work He began in me. His joy will be my strength. His joy will be the "carrot" before ...

I ultimately want to get down to 120 for my 5'2" frame but for now I'm shooting for 20 pounds slimmer for my niece's wedding on Valentine's Day 2009.

My Program:
8 glasses of water/day

5 servings fruits/vegs

Eat light breakfast

Portion control

Nothing in evening

Hey, how're things going? Looks like you're slowly, but surely losing those lbs...Congrats! I'm trying to lose the same 7 lbs...again! Well, such is life, but I'm enjoying the other joys found therein.
