    Hey there, thanks for the comment on my blog! You should totally do the Spring into Shape Bootcamp challenge! The goals for each week are super reasonable and its just a good way to give your lifestyle a little boost. I've been having a hard time with motivation for the last few weeks, med school got very busy toward the end of the semester and this challenge has put a little skip back into my step and given me knew determination :) I wish you the best of luck with your journey!
