Permanently Pudgy?

Past health problems & tons of medications shot me from a size 4 to a size 22 at my very highest, then it dropped back naturally to a 20 on its own. I'm down to bouncing between size 16-18, but I'm not healthy, & I think some of my pain & still present health issues is due to, or impacted by, my added weight. Since I have a history of diabetes in my family, & I'm just over the notch into obese, I want to at least drop to 160 & then re-assess my health & how I'm feeling at that point.

Hi. I am a SAHM too. I know what you mean about people thinking that you have all the time in the world. This year my youngest is finally in school full time, and now is the time time I finally feel like I have time to take care of myself. Tracking food helps alot, set yourself some reasonable exercise goals. For me, that meant taking my younger ones for a walk right after I dropped the older ones to school My initial goal was 10 minutes a day when my kids were home. Do what you can and extend grace to yourself.
