My Goals:
I' d like to lose 15-20 pounds, get back into my size 4's and 2's (I'm in 8's and 6's now), and increase my running distances so that I'm regularly doing 5-6 miles instead of 3-4.

My Program:
Track everything until I get a better sense of where my calories are coming from.

Try to eat more lean protein and lessen my carb intake a little bit.

Eat more veggies and fruits, even in winter.

Add more intense strength training on top of my running, so I can build miscle and up my slow metabolism.

Thank you for your recipe on 'Lemon,Garlic, Rosemary Spinach. It sounds like something I would enjoy. I never eat Spinach but I will try this out tomorrow after I've done my weekly shopping. then I'll rate it for you. emoticon
