Get in Shape and Stay in Shape

I am recent college graduate who has always struggled with my weight and with doing regular excercise. I recently lost some of weight when I was running regularly and then got runners knee and haven't been able to run for a while so I gained most of it back. I have started running again and am currently training for my first half marathon which will be in October 2013.

Thanks for your comment on my blog! You know, it's funny... My husband does the races with me but I STILL can't convince him that running isn't so bad! He says he will do a half marathon, but he won't be happy about it!! LOL!
