THIN is the new "black". I like black...

I have battled wellness and health a lot over the last 8 years... I am working hard to seek balance and moderation, to live life to the fullest! I want to be an advocate for healthy weight loss and overall fitness. Starvation, deprivation, and suffering are NOT the way to reach your health and fitness goals! Period. Life is about living, not being a slave to your body, whether that means being overweight or underweight. We CAN do this!!!

emoticon At the moment....I have you beat in Fitness minutes for the month emoticon
Actually, my Fitbit catches more steps than my old pedometer did and I need to change my goal to 1,500 minutes to make it challenging.
The Fitbit was a great Christmas present!
