I often let life get in the way of what I should be eating. Everyone is busy. Though somehow, there are people who MAKE the time to MAKE themselves - their bodies, their health - a priority.

Today marks a new start for me to get Moving & Tracking! I WILL MAKE MYSELF A PRIORITY. I deserve it!

Fitness Minutes: 815

My Goals:
Lose 2 lbs. each week = 15 lbs. by January 3rd to feel fab, confident & energetic!

Remember how good every lb. lost makes me feel to stay motivated!

To MAKE the time to take care of myself (i.e. workout!) every day!

Drink 8c. H2O DAILY to stay full & hydrated

To remember that it is not "all or nothing". Balance, Enjoy, Compensate, Repeat.

To complete C25K program!

To eat healthfully & work out consistently for more Energy!

To be toned & fit... with FLAT ABS!



My Program:
-Tracking
-Drink H20!
-Add Fruit + veggies
-Food is Fuel.
-Move Every Day!
-Take the time to wear clothes I look good in! Looking good + Feeling good = success!
-Roll with it &
*Be Consistent!*

    Thanks for your message, glad to see you're back!
    I know what you mean about girl scout cookies...Yum! We have a fundraiser at schools once a year selling chocolate bars!!..they kill me! LOL
    Have been mucking around going up and down on scales for too long the last year or so...so have decided that this year will be MY year....goals will be met!
    Hope you had a great Christmas/New Year and you are all geared up for 2012!

    Glad you've been busy in a good way, Dawn! :) I'm hoping I can run the 5K...it's this Saturday. It's supposed to be cold and rainy, and I've been suffering a lot of headaches lately (which can be influenced by the weather :S). I'm planning to complete the 5K with or without a headache, so we'll see how it goes!
