Kate is not letting herself go!

My biggest problem: I love food almost as much as I love being thin. My body naturally wants to be thin and when I carry extra pounds I feel it weighing me down. I am trying the South Beach Diet now, and hope I can adhere to it exactly, at least for the first phase. Wish me luck!

I had to chuckle when I looked at your sparkpage. I am in the same boat. I got married June 30 and then let everything go...I don't know WHY it's such a shock of how fast the calories add up in a day (even when you're eating right) - i used spark before the wedding :) How many pounds would you like to lose?
