My new healthy lifestyle starts yesterday

Im a 20 something who is realizing that after 25, weight is MUCH harder to lose. Im happy with my body and myself, but its time to make sure that fitness is part of my daily routine. Healthy = happy, and happy is a great thing.

Hope to see you in the chats and challenges. Hey, if losing weight after 25 is hard, try after 55........not complaining just reinforcing, not to give up.

Hi! I noticed that you tracked Zumba on your fitness tracker a few days back. Did you get the calorie count from your HRM ? I haven't been able to find Zumba on SP fitness, and it seems a bit more strenuous than "aerobics, light" .

But WOW what a great workout, and what fun! My class is tonight.
