Making a lifestyle change for good this time.

I've been working on my weight for at least the last 15 years. In the last year I've made a lot of changes and have been able to make most of them stick. Now, I'm taking it to the next level and plan to reach my weight loss goal within the next year. I'm turning 42 in a few weeks and by the time I am 43 I want to have reached my weight loss goal and be able to maintain.

Welcome to a great community and board that did indeed help with the pounds that I lost. I am back again starting over, never thought I would gain it back but excuse after excuse and her I am. I know what to do and what helps (and this helps). Stay encouraged and the best to you.
