I've been doing 40 reps for so long, last summer I decided to "kick it up a notch" to 60 reps on all my lifts. I've been lifting weights since the 70s and I guess I'm in a little bit of denial about my capabilities, since I'm pushing 70.

Hi! Thanks SO much for stopping by my Butterfinger blog!! I am glad to say those babies are still in the freezer! :-) I am getting ready for the Halloween candy onslaught. It is a mental game to avoid all that candy corn! I remember all those years I used to dig the chocolate out of my daughters candy bag! Ha ha!

KDeane, thanks for the comment you left on my blog post. Yes, as we get older it gets scarier about getting old... Ha.

Please drop by the Last Timers and think about joining our little team. We are a small but friendly group, all working on doing this for the Last Time. Most are about your age, or even a little older.
