Spark people helped me to lose over 15lbs in the fall of 2010 and spring of 2011. I have maintained that weight loss and am now back to lose another 10 or so, but mostly just to get more toned.

I've gotten into Marathons and Half Marathons so I need to make sure I continue to eat healthy to fuel myself properly. And not to listen to those friends who say "Oh you run, you can eat whatever you want!" Which is so not true! (Except maybe on the day of the marathon when I burn ...

(Except maybe on the day of the marathon when I burn 2600 calories.. but then again my stomach is so sensitive then that I still don't)

By losing 10 more pounds I will be able to shave more time off my race times as I continue to get faster on my own.

My Goals:
125 by Nov 4th one week before my marathon so I'm at my ideal weight before I have to carb load.

Break 1:45 for a Half Marathon - DONE!

Complete the Goofy Challenge in Disney in January

Get more toned, especially my abs



My Program:
Run 3-4 times per week for 30-60 minutes

Bike 3 times a week

Swim 3 time a week

3-4 strength training DVDs a week
