Time for Change
I keep reminding myself that the only person who can make me happy is me. If I am not happy with the way I look, feel, and act, then I need to make the changes for myself.

My Goals:
1. I will lose 10 lbs by my birthday in August! 2. I will lose 20 lbs by December 1, 2012.
My Program:
1. Walk 5 miles a week. 2. Do cardio at least 3 times a week and strength at least 2 times a week. 3. Drink FLUIDS! (at least 8 glasses daily) 4. Sleep at least 7 hours a night. 5. Eat at least 3-4 servings of fruits and veggies a day!
