I started my lifestyle change about a year ago.. After going on endless weightloss routines only to lose weight then my gain it back.. I had to do some hard core thinking and I came up with the conclusion that I need to change my motives.. I wanted to lose weight to stop being the fat friend in a skinny friend circle but really I should be losing to be healthy and to become a better me.. After that all things will fall in place.... When I started this page I was looking for motivation from someone outside of my circle... Now I need someone on the inside of my circle to be my cheerleader!!!

Fitness Minutes: 175

My Goals:
Month 1: July
Couch 2 5K
Cardio- At least 3x a week.
Strength- At least 1x a week.
Cut out over eating..
Eat at least one salad a day..
Cut pork and beef out..
Eat every 3-4 hours..
Drink tons of water!!!

Month 2: August
Finish couch 2 5K..
Start 100 push up challenge..
Cardio- At least 4-5x a week..
Strength- At least 2x a week..
start counting calories 2000 or less..
Cut out processed foods and greasy foods..
MN Military Appreciation 5K run Aug 28th..

Month 3: Sept
Finish 100 push up challenge.
Cardio- At least 5x a week.
Strength- At least 3x a week.
Consume between 1200-1500 calories a day.
Increase protein intake..
Sept 12:MN Association of women police 5K & Kids run w/ daughter.
Sept 26th Women's run the cities.

100 Push-up Challenge- 3x a week
Consume 1200-1500 Calories a day.
