The Daytona 25

I am going to Daytona Beach in July. This is as good of an excuse as any to try to drop the extra weight that i have said i was going to lose for the last couple years. My goal of 25 pounds should get me fit and help lower my blood pressure at the same time.

My Goals:
As an ex college soccer player it is tough for me to not be in tip top shape. The excuse of a vacation is the perfect chance to drop 25 pounds and reach the target weight once again.

My Program:
After researching and putting my brain through a in depth workout it turns out that diet and exercise should do the trick. I live an active lifestyle and get plenty of exercise, but don't eat as healthy as i could. I few lifestyle changes should help that aspect and have me to my goals in no time fast.

I am also incorporating the Wii into my workout plans. Before you laugh look into the benefits. You burn 115 calories in 15 minutes doing Wii boxing. While it is not a typical workout, it is going to be a fun way to stay active on the days when i don't actually get a workout in.

Personal Information:
A Kansas City Boy, born and raised. I currently live in the area and work in web design. I also coach youth soccer in my free time.

Other Information:
I am also trying to read more and watch TV less. The plan is to read 30 minutes a day from now until, well forever.
