I had never heard of the INFLAMMATION problem until recently, so I got interested. Inquiring minds want to know...which is just another way of saying ... I'm nosy.

Apparently the gist of the info says...when an obese person has inflammation, their hormones don't work normal and kick in appetite control...so they want to eat more...they eat the wrong foods...they become even more inflammed...and the binge cycle goes round and round. But anti-inflammatory foods can help regulate this inflammation affect.

just one more piece of the weiight-loss puzzle.

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond. I've had lots of things come up but I'm back to SP and ready to kick my own butt again. I lost that much wait by really challenging myself! I did a 100 day challenge (10 goals that get a little more difficult every 10 days) where every section was aimed at building up to the healthiest me possible! No pop/coffee/junk food/eating out was a major help. I'm starting another 100 day challenge today and I can't wait to start burning those bad boys again!
