I'm doing T25. I finished Alpha and Beta and started Gamma this past week. I love it. It is amazing the difference in my core. They reason that I picked T25 (besides that my brother was doing it) over Insanity was the time commitment. I like to do a half hour or so in the mornings before work. Then I still have time to run after work. Once a week, you double the workout, so on Fridays I need to get up early enough for almost an hour of exercise, but most days, I can fit it in easily by waking up at my regular time. Insanity Max :30 is coming out soon, and I may get that when I'm done with T25. They are expensive, but I was able to borrow my T25. Let me know if you have any other questions!
