Hi there emoticon , so glad you stopped by. You are doing great on your weight loss!! emoticon emoticon What I wouldn't give to be at 149!!! Well, you probably know a few things I would be willing to give! LOL!! The running is going well. I wrote a blog about the 15K I did last month. It was a huge accomplishment for me. I had always been afraid to do it because of the hills involved but I promised myself I would do it this year, I was the last one on the course, but I did it!! Right now, I'm in training to do a half marathon in Sept. I have been on a plateau for months. I can't seem to get more than 2 pounds out of the 160s. I've been at anywhere from 161 to 157 for the last 4 months or longer. Right now, I'm at 159.4. I want to be as close to 150 as possible by the end of August. That's the plan. What have you been doing to get the scale to move?
