I'm here to keep me motiviated as I get rif of 10-15 stubborn pounds! I completed my first 5k in September O8 and ready to do more to keep me motivated. Also, I'm at the age where I have a lot of weddings to go to and be in and I don't want to hate the pictures!!!

My Goals:
I can't wait to see the scale read 140! My highest weight was 188. I started loosing weight in 2005 and the lowestI've ever saw was 149. I maintained at 155 for awhile but since Nov I've gained 5lbs.

Mon: Bootcamp
Tues: Cardio Core Blast
Wed: Bootcamp

I need to figure out a way to get some kind of action in on the weekends!!!


I try to stay with 1200-1500 calories!
