I made it to your page after reading your comments about today's daily email (perseverance and self-assertiveness) and feeling a kindred spirit somehow. I started at a similar weight as you and had a similar goal weight, and I'm happy to say that I did reach my goal by really making myself and my emotional health a priority. I know you can do it, too! Still struggling with a lot of the emotional stuff of life and all those big decisions at times, but feeling healthy and strong every day reminds me that I CAN do it!
