Third time's a charm

Hello, I am here to lose around 50 pounds and get back to a reasonable weight. I've set this goal not only to improve my looks, but also my health and to be able to do things that are now hard for me. One of my biggest complaints is knee pain, the more weight I gain, the tougher it is on my knees. I would love to meet this goal and keep the weight off this time!

My Goals:
To lose weight & feel great! I would like to lose 52 lbs and go from 217 lbs and a size 16 to 165 lbs and a size 10-12.

My Program:
I am using Sparkpeople to track my nutrition and fitness. Right now I am trying to make healthier food choices and workout 3 times a week. I would like to up my protein intake and reduce my carb and sodium intake.

Personal Information:
34 yr old mother of two, full time paralegal, full time psychology student, living in the Houston & Austin, TX areas.
