Hello! My name is Kris. This is my second real attempt at losing weight with SparkPeople. The first timeI was around 200 pounds and lost 70, but due to an injury I just gave up. This time, I started at 244 lbs. I am now at 188 pounds and my ultimate goal is to reach 125 pounds, although I can go lower since I am about 61 inches tall now. (I was 63" a couple of years ago. lol ) I'm taking this slowly as to not get discouraged. It took me a year and 3 months to lose the first 40/44 lbs. I am on track now with goal number two for losing 15 pounds. I have 3 lbs to reach that goal. Then I will set the next one. I would love to see my goal by my birthday July 21, 2017, but I am not setting myself up for failure. Another app I also use says I should obtain my goal by Sept 7, 2017. We'll see if I can beat what they think. I believe in me!!! I can do this!!! I have even had a couple of medical setbacks and still managed to push through this time. I don't want to struggle to breathe, walk, or exist. This is my mission. I will be healthy again.
