Hello Kristeena here. I am kind of at a loss. Every time I put in an effort to lose weight something intervenes physically or health wise. The last health change was being diagnosed with Celiac Disease January 2017. The meal plans here are not celiac friendly, so I can’t follow them. I don’t even like bread or pasta much, but gluten is in pretty much everything. I had lost 60 lbs and since January have gained 20 back. I can’t seem to get it to go away now. I walk and am active every day. I just feel overwhelmed. I refuse to give up, there is a little me inside screaming to come out. I just need to find a way that makes it possible. Tracking calories is probably my best avenue at this point. I had been using Fitbit, but mine got stuck during an update, and no longer works. 😭 But the app I use says I am at the top of the leaderboard. I’m going to make this happen. One way or another.
