I've met my first goal!!

with the help of everyone here and the trainer that I can now afford 2 times a month since I quit smoking - I have met my first weight loss goal. I am feeling great and moving forward!!!

My Goals:
I want to feel better and have more energy again. I want my LDL and HDL in normal ranges and my blood pressure stabilized.

My Program:
I have recently started the Weight Watchers program and in my hectic life I like the structure. Water workouts have become my best friend especially in the crazy mid-west summer heat

I saw that you were wanting a person to walk with and bike with. So was I. I don't know that I can commit to three nights a week. I am playing tennis already two nights a week. Give me a call sometime and maybe we can compare calendars and find evenings that work. 816-686-8952.

I live off of the plaza but walk Loose Park and the Trolley Trail (and bike.)

I'm scheduled for surgery in September with a long recovery period following, so I hope to pick something up in the second 8 weeks or on the weekends. I have a capstone class that I have to wait around until Winter semester for, but after that I should be able to graduate in May 2010!
