My Goals:
To lose weight, gain strength, live balanced and love life!

My Program:
I plan to eat sensibly while having healthy snacks (lots of fresh fruits, veggies, nuts-) and a good dinner. I also plan to drink more water and eliminate excess sweets and junk food. I will make exercise a priority and build up strength and endurance.

Personal Information:
I'm the wife of an amazing man and the mother of four great kids. I love to run, bike, walk, hike and get some yoga in when I can.

Hey chickie, check out my blog for some great pictures from our hike to Boulder Falls yesterday. Your brother looks cute, but a little wiped out! We took the parents too and they hiked to the falls and back and then took a nap waiting for us to get back to the car (way over an hour later). M.Aja

Congrats on your success this year so far. You are doing great. February & March have been a struggle but I'm still pushing along. Like you I have stuggled with my food. My struggle is I love it! LOL! But I am working on my portions.
