I THINK I CAN! I THINK I CAN!

5/17/14 I'm back to SP again. I want to be strong and healthy. I need eat healthy, lose weight and exercise regularly. If only it were that easy.

7/3/14 I was recently diagnosed with both Type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol. I didn't get much (almost none) guidance from my doctor. I will see a nutritionist in about a week. In the meantime, I am grateful for the resources on SP.

I will weigh once a month and take measurements then.

Use the nutrition tracker faithfully. Use the exercise tracker faithfully.

Stay motivated by reading and doing the SP emails, blogs, and exercises.


Repeat steps 1, 2 & 3 until weight and fitness goals are met.

Continue with healthy eating habits and exercise to maintain proper weight and fitness.
