I will weigh once a month and take measurements then.

Use the nutrition tracker faithfully. Use the exercise tracker faithfully.

Stay motivated by reading and doing the SP emails, blogs, and exercises.


Repeat steps 1, 2 & 3 until weight and fitness goals are met.

Continue with healthy eating habits and exercise to maintain proper weight and fitness.

Just going through my Spark Friends list and see you have not been around for quite a while. Your last blog post clearly was showing you were struggling with things. Please, don't give up on yourself. This isn't easy but with the tools here and support we CAN do this. I hate to see anyone walk away from here when I know it can help you reach your goals. Get healthy, get strong....come back please?
