KCEM Mom

I am a mom of four. I am looking at losing over a hundred pounds. I am looking for support and accountalbilty. I have been here a for a few years but I don't think I was really ready when I first started, but now I am very ready. I had to hit a super rock bottom- I weighed almost 300lbs. That absolutly horrified me. I knew that I had to make change and find new ways to deal with my emotions, instead of eatting them. It is my life and I am the only one who can change and fix it.

Yes, I do have somewhat of plan. I am doing 30-45 minutes of strength training and then 30-45 minutes of cardio. Finally I do about 15-20 minutes of stretching. I could always use some friendly advice. emoticon
