The New Me!

I am the 33 year old mom of four kids. I homeschool the older three aged 9, 8 and 7 and just had number 4 seven weeks ago. I really want to loose the baby weight.

I am having a bit of a struggle with wanting to workout. I have every intention of working out and most days I do but the past week it has been every other day rather than everyday and twice a day sometimes. I really have to pick it up.

Hi there!! This week has been crazy!! I was thinking with the Holiday and short work week it'd be easy going. duh me, I guess I forgot the week is short but workload the same lol
I'm going to try to work on strenght training (and water and fruits/veggies, and tracking) but strength be my main challenge I work on!!

So happy that your grandmother is doing better. Prayer, positivity and the love of family really makes a difference.

My mini vacation ends today so it is back to the grind of making healthier choices. This morning I went to the hotel gym and did an hour on the treadmill all on incline of 3 or better. I ate one cup of oatmeal (it did have butter and brown sugar) and a cup of coffee. I will be going to Zumba tonight as well. My plan for the week will be to assess every food choice and attempt to make it better some how. I also want to get back to 10 servings of water a day. I would like to stay at the low end of my calorie range until Thanksgiving.

How was your weekend? Have you made a game plan for this week or the next few days?

Hi there!! So how's the challenge going so far this week? I have actually made it on the calories (all ranges) everyday so far!! I was surprised when I was within on all ranges, usually go over or under on the others even when I keep calories in line. Hoping this all helps at thanksgiving and then Christmas!!
