Finding My Way...

I am 27 years old. I am married and we have a 5 year old daughter. We have two about 6 year old cats and a 5 year old Pug.. I weigh about 150 pounds right now and I want to be back to around 120 July 2011. I am battling depression and anxiety on my own because we can't afford for me to be in the group therapy I was in. I have quit drinking soda, and some time within the next year I will try to quit smoking.

My Goals:
I would like to fit into all of my "skinny" clothes again. I want my husband to find me as attractive as he did when we got together. I want to be able to play with my daughter without feeling like I am taking up all the room on the living room floor. I want to feel good about myself again, I did at one time.

My Program:
I am changing my eating habits. I am going to write down everything I eat and drink so that I can log it in when I have access to internet. I am going to start using my Tai Chi dvd every afternoon. I am going to start planning family walks at night when my husband gets home from work.

Personal Information:
My name is Loria. I am from Illinois. My email is kc9cvr@yahoo.com

Other Information:
I love the Harry Potter series, books and movies. I love to read and write. I write a little poetry. I love fanfiction. I am a long-time Stephen King fan (I cried when he got hit by that van). I love the original Star Trek series/movies and I am coming around to enjoy Star Trek: Next Generation and Star Trek: Voyager. And I miss MacGyver!

Hi... Welcome to the Fanfiction group. Looks like we have some things in common as I am really into HP and Stargate too. I can't say I care much for slash, but to each his own. So you're from Central Illinois? I am originally from the Decatur area myself. I'm looking forward to getting to know you.

We're missing you back in the Central Illinois forum. How are things going with you? Is your depression getting better? How is your beautiful little girl. I hope everything is going well with you.
Steve

Hi i just wanted to let you know that you don't have to battle depression by yourself. I would be more than happy to help you. I also have a one year old named Nathan. he is my life. I know how much of a handfull it can be to try to keep up your house and take care of Rae and still find time for yourself. Sometimes it brings my down looking at all my old clothes. I'm also at 175lbs. My goal is 130 for now. But if we work together then we can do it. Your daughter is beautiful, and lucky to have a mommy that is willing to try to change her life to better care for her. You should give yourself some credit for actually trying, not many mothers do when they gain so much weight.
