every day, in every way, i am getting slimmer and slimmer
I am putting this here, to keep reminding myself why i am here... Today I fly home from Brisbane, I've had the best time with my daughter and will miss her heaps when i get home, however I'm heavy again and bloated and dont feel comfortable in my clothes. My goal is to be able to exercise again - get back on my bike and to be able to run around the bridges... to do this I need to get my weight back on track and improve my energy levels... My Goals:
To learn to dance. To feel great all of the time. To get back on my bike and do a 40km ride and to be able to walk around th bridges. To make it through the day without a nana nap. To go clothes shopping for nice new smaller, sexier clothes.
My Program:
Follow my hypnotherapy programme. Do 10 minutes of dancing each day. Cook and eat a healthy, fibre rich diet. Drink at least 8 glasses of fluid every day.
Personal Information:
I work full time as a vet nurse and spend a lot of my spare time doing dog training. My current project is to train Tinker for Urban Search and Rescue work. Other things I like to do, when I get the chance, is paint the house, read, garden, enjoy good wine and good food and great company.
Other Information:
My biggest goal this year is to get Tinker qualified. I hope to get to Brisbane and visit my daughter. "We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life; when all we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about" - Charles Kingsley (He is sooo right)
