I am putting this here, to keep reminding myself why i am here... Today I fly home from Brisbane, I've had the best time with my daughter and will miss her heaps when i get home, however I'm heavy again and bloated and dont feel comfortable in my clothes. I need to feel better, healthier and trimmer. Now is my time to do something about it.
Hi there, I luv this website... it helps with motivation... I am trying hard to be in control of my eating, my thinking and my future... My goal is to be able to exercise again - get back on my bike and to be able to run around the bridges... to do this I need to get my weight back on track and improve my energy levels... It is happening and I would luv to have a email buddy to share the journey with.
PS I live in NZ, so I work in kilograms, not pounds (I can't work them out:) )
To learn to dance.
To feel great all of the time.
To get back on my bike and do a 40km ride and to be able to walk around th bridges.
To make it through the day without a nana nap.
To go clothes shopping for nice new smaller, sexier clothes.
Follow my hypnotherapy programme.
Do 10 minutes of dancing each day.
Cook and eat a healthy, fibre rich diet.
Drink at least 8 glasses of fluid every day.
I work full time as a vet nurse and spend a lot of my spare time doing dog training. My current project is to train Tinker for Urban Search and Rescue work. Other things I like to do, when I get the chance, is paint the house, read, garden, enjoy good wine and good food and great company.
My biggest goal this year is to get Tinker qualified.
I hope to get to Brisbane and visit my daughter.

Yes I'm working with my rottiweiler to run with me. He is a good runner but is extremely excited when he sees squirrels, birds, or any other wildlife. I love the feeling from a good run. It also helps me have the energy to walk four dogs with my husband every day. Good luck and be safe with Tinker when running.

Thanks so much for your comment on my blog. It was a great race. It really helped me realize how mentally and spiritually strong the past year has made me. Sometimes our greatest challenges bring us our greatest rewards. Hang in there with your running--I can't wait to read YOUR half marathon report someday!

I read about how you have the best neighbors in the world. I must correct you. I have the best neighbors in the world, yours must be the second best. Aren't we lucky? By the way, I think Razz is beautiful.
