I read that you are kinda craving the sweets and unsure if eating fruit is low glycemic enough for you. I think it depends on the fruit.
My naturopath put me on a anti-candida diet once which excludes all sugary foods & foods that turn to sugar quickly such as white bread, corn, potatoes etc; but she said I could have berries. Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries – they’re all packed with antioxidants and vitamins. They are full of fiber & are the smartest, most nutritionally-dense fruit you can eat. (Glycemic Index: low )
Cherries are similar to berries in terms of their antioxidant value. They have a bit higher natural sugar content, but they’re still very low-carb and are an excellent source of important fiber. (GI: low)

Congratulations on your weight loss this week. Thanks for the comment on my SP. I was considering going back to work part time next week, but there are still some problems with increased problems a day after I do a lot. I see my doctor on the 15 and I hope we can work out a plan for returning to work soon. 2335 days ago
Wanted to let you know I really appreciate all of the support from my Spark friends and team mates. It is incredible and somewhat overwhelming. Now is the challenge time for me. Here's hoping that by sparking I can stay away from the kitchen cupboard and stay within my calorie range.
