Get Healthy!!!

Hi fellow Sparkers! My name is Katie, I'm 26 and looking to lose 30# by the end of May for my vet school graduation. Almost down 10# since the beginning of this year! :) I've gone up/down over the years and looking for this to be a permanent change. Looking for motivation and loving being more active on Spark!!

March Goals: Walk at least 3 miles 4x/week
Drink at least 64 oz water per day
Limit eating out to once per week
Start meditating
Track everyday ...

Thank you for commenting on my blog. I didn't actually start jogging until I turned 60. I did all kinds of races for three years and then hurt my knees doing gardening. I took two whole years off and this was my first race this year. I guess when you get older, speed isn't the most important thing. Just finishing is rewarding.
