Get Healthy!!!

Hi fellow Sparkers! My name is Katie, I'm 26 and looking to lose 30# by the end of May for my vet school graduation. Almost down 10# since the beginning of this year! :) I've gone up/down over the years and looking for this to be a permanent change. Looking for motivation and loving being more active on Spark!!

March Goals: Walk at least 3 miles 4x/week
Drink at least 64 oz water per day
Limit eating out to once per week
Start meditating
Track everyday ...

Thanks for the blog comment! I'm sleeping about 10.5 hours of sleep a night, which is about 2.5 too much. It's kind of frustrating! I might have to start setting an alarm for 15 minutes earlier everyday, but if I'm consistently waking up around 9:30, then that's part of my REM cycle, so waking up just a little bit earlier will screw with it.
