thanks katie!! i gained a lot of weight in college too and had to bust my tail to get it off. I wish someone had taught me how to workout at a younger age and wish i had realized what i was doing to my body. luckily i have a alot of great trainers here (including myself!!) and i love working out. i think thats one of the most important things for someone your age - just find a way to make it fun! and remember, even if you want to go drink, stick to non-sugary things and make sure you drink a ton of water before and get your workouts in regardless of how hungover you are!
