Working On My Fitness....Can I Get a Witness?
My new mantra is "if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you." Losing weight is hard...eating right is hard....tracking all of it is hard! BUT! - nothing is as hard as looking at yourself in the mirror and not liking what you see. I am tired of giving up on myself. Life is hard and it's about time I got a helmet because I've got some work to do!
