Working On My Fitness....Can I Get a Witness?

My new mantra is "if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you." Losing weight is hard...eating right is hard....tracking all of it is hard! BUT! - nothing is as hard as looking at yourself in the mirror and not liking what you see. I am tired of giving up on myself. Life is hard and it's about time I got a helmet because I've got some work to do!

Hey there girlie! Thank you for being patient with my response from your blog comment - I was on vacay.

To make your simulation go to Google and type in WeightMirror. I am very artistic and try to come up with themes to make my board attractive. I know a lot of people use magazine clip-outs but I think that is tedious and doesn't look so good. I thought of a winding road because when I hit my ultimate goal I will be driving to Chicago and awarding myself with a shopping spree. To remind myself of how far I have come, I would periodically write up NSV's and my thoughts after weigh-in. Just think of what you want your journey and goal to look like and design a board around that.
