Taking one day at a time I think is the right idea. I know I do better if I plan ahead with my food, too. Drinking lots of water helps, too; but then I spend most of the day in the bathroom..It is a dilemma. Please do not be hard on yourself for failures. Those just come with being human. It took us all these years to be who we are today, any changes we want to make will take time. That's when the beauty of a new day comes in...you get to start fresh with a new 1200 - 1500 calories to use. I'll let you know if I come across any great ideas. One new thing I've been trying is that when I feel like pounding some food, I take 10 minutes and either go on Spark or go to my craft area and try to focus on something else. It helps to curb that feeling. I'm an emotional eater so when times are good, it is easy. When times are stressful, junk food city...that's my focus right now, find other ways to deal with stress. Good luck with your progress. Keep me posted if you discover a magic cure.... emoticon

I am in the same spot with the weight I am trying to achieve that you are in. I am finding it very difficult to loose these last 18 lbs...are you struggling? I would appreciate any hints because it is difficult. emoticon
