    Thanks for that comment. I really appreciate it. I am having a rough week food wise, but it seems only for dinner. I worked out tonight though. Did 40 minutes of turbo jam!!! emoticon

    I'm doing pretty well, you will be so proud of me, I grabbed four pieces of chocolate yesteray, and they sat on my desk all day, THEN I PUT THEM BACK! Wow. I just don't feel much like eating sweets too often. Yay me.

    Ditto Mindle. I'm sorry you are in a rough spot right now, but trust me, you CAN do this! You WILL do this! You MUST do this! Not just for the number on the scale, but for your health. That's what is important. I know life gets in the way sometimes, but just get your mind back in it and you can do it.

    Saw your huddle on the Shred page and just wanted to stop in and say YOU CAN DO IT! It's not easy, but nobody ever said it would be. From reading your page it looks like you've got a good start on this and having a sis-in-law to do it with is fantastic! You can keep each other in check.

    On days when you really want to give in and just say "screw it", remember what a sexy biatch you'll be when you hit your goal. Focus on one easy thing today, like water intake, and just get through today. Setting short, daily goals can help you keep your focus. :)
